Domestic Shipping Only

At this time we ship within the United States only. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the selected shipping method at checkout.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Solo Club is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
